Return Policy
STATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY: Try any of our products for 30 days, and if you are not satisfied, ship it back for a refund. You need only to pay for the return shipping plus a $25 restocking charge. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all parts included, and not damaged or marred.
Backorder Policy
Should your request for purchase of any of our products result in our being temporarily out-of-stock for that item, we will promptly let you know and alert you as to the expected shipping date. If the delay is unacceptable to you, we will happily refund your money and cancel your order for that item. We do not anticipate out-of-stock situations to occur, but in the event that it should, we will follow your wishes for continuing with your order request.
Shipping Policies
In most cases the product will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of receipt of the order. If shipping is to be delayed for any reason, the customer will be notified and given the reason for the delay. The products are all shipped UPS ground and an e-mail notification will be sent with the UPS tracking number.
Damaged Goods Policy
Any item received by our customers that is damaged, does not contain all the parts, or is not the selected item may be returned for full refund. A replacement item will be shipped promptly.
